The Fertile Health Process

A comprehensive, cycle-based engagement focused on helping you understand your body, support hormone health and make informed decisions about your fertility — now and in the future.

The Fertile Health Process is designed for women who want more than surface-level answers. Over three cycles (~3 months), we work together through education, data interpretation and personalized strategy to build body literacy, identify patterns and support your health in a proactive, sustainable way.

Every Process begins with a complimentary introductory consultation to ensure it's the right fit.

The Process includes:

À La Carte Sessions

A focused session designed to bring clarity, confidence and direction to your fertility and hormone health — distinct from the structured 3-cycle Process. Strategy Sessions offer space to ask specific questions, explore options and understand how your current habits and health history may be impacting your fertility and overall wellbeing.

Following your session, you’ll receive Fertile Health Foundations, a curated summary outlining foundational best practices and considerations across key areas such as:

  • Cycle awareness and fertility tracking methods (high-level overview)

  • Sleep, nutrition and lifestyle factors that support hormone health

  • Movement and exercise considerations

  • Questions to ask your medical care team and topics to explore further

This offering is informational and strategic, designed to help you feel grounded and informed — not overwhelmed.
