About the Founder
I founded Fertile Health out of a belief that women deserve to understand their bodies — not just manage symptoms or wait for problems to arise. Fertility is often treated as something to which women are meant to quickly react, when in reality, it reflects broader health, resilience and long-term wellbeing.
My path into this work began through both professional training and personal experience. After years in healthcare consulting at Accenture and later working in business development and patient care at an integrative health clinic, I saw firsthand how fragmented and impersonal women’s healthcare can be. At the same time, I was navigating my own experience of hormone dysregulation — feeling dismissed by conventional care models that prioritized quick fixes over education, prevention and long-term goals.
That disconnect led me to pursue deeper training in fertility awareness and integrative health. Today, I hold certifications in fertility awareness education, integrative nutrition and holistic health, and comprehensive Pilates with a specialization in pre- and postnatal care. This multidisciplinary background allows me to approach women’s health from both scientific and whole-body perspectives — integrating physiology, lifestyle and movement.
Fertile Health was created to meet women where they are — whether they’re planning for a future family, transitioning off hormonal birth control, navigating postpartum changes or simply seeking a more informed relationship with their cycle. My work is grounded in education, data and personalization, with the goal of helping women feel confident advocating for their health across every season of life.
